Ruby's Happy Farm Foundation is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of agricultural leaders through its hands-on outreach efforts. The foundation provides aspiring farmers with practical experience, on our working farm, allowing them to gain invaluable skills in a supportive environment. In addition to fostering new talent, we actively create programming targeted to underrepresented populations such as women and youth. Our commitment to addressing specific community needs showcases our commitment to inclusivity.
